Delivery Information

We’re providing this information to you in an effort to make your Inada buying experience as smooth as possible. This is a very high-volume time of year, and we recommend that you make your purchase as early as possible.

There are many factors that affect product availability and the ability of our dealers to meet your delivery date requirements. These factors may include one or more of the following: small processing delays due to extremely high warehouse volume, inclement weather and highway closures, and potential product unavailability for certain colors/models as Christmas draws near.

Your dealer has the current product availability details from our warehouses, and may also stock their own inventory. Please contact your local Inada dealer for additional details.

Need Delivery by Christmas?

Please contact your local dealer for delivery options available to you. As Christmas draws closer, it may become more difficult for our dealers to meet your delivery requirements. For your reference, you must order by December 15, 2016 in order for us to guarantee pre-Christmas freight delivery to a dealer location or to your curbside.

What About Full Service (White Glove) Delivery?

This will vary by dealer. Dealers with inventory should be able to meet your needs. But they will have to have the exact model and color you want. We do not want you or your gift recipient to be disappointed, so we will work closely with our dealers to get you what you want, when you want it!

What Do I Put Under The Tree?

If your Inada massage chair is not scheduled to be delivered before Christmas please contact us. We will send you a card that tells the person you love that their chair is on the way. To receive your card please email
