How long has Inada been making massage chairs and massage chair recliners?

Inada is a Japanese massage chair maker that has been in business since 1962.

Where is Inada based?

The company’s sales, marketing, and executive office are located in port city of Osaka, Japan. The main Inada chair factory is located in small, coastal Nawa which is part of the Tottorri prefecture of Japan. The Inada distributor in the United States is headquarters are the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Boulder, Colorado.

Who is Inada

Inada was founded by Nichimu Inada. Today, Mr. Inada continues to serve as the company president, and he is deeply involved in the day-to-day affairs of the company. Inada is the largest massage maker in the world with almost $300,000,000 in annual sales with distribution in more than 60 countries worldwide. Inada is the industry standard bearer in technological innovation and product quality.

Are Inada and Family Inada the same company?

Yes. In Japan, their products are marketed under the “Family” massage chair brand. In the United States and other parts of the world, the company markets and sells under the “Inada” brand name. They are one and the same.

How can I buy an Inada massage chair?

What if I buy a chair from someone who is not an authorized dealer?

One word: don’t. The manufacturer warranty is void if you buy Inada from a shop or website that is not authorized to sell Inada products by us. Do note that a warranty may be transferred, so long as the original proof of purchase – the one from the authorized Inada chair seller – can still be presented and the proper warranty transfer procedures have been followed. Where are Inada chairs made?

The Inada Sogno DreamWave is made in Japan. The Inada Chair i1 and the i2 are also made in Japan. The D-series massage chair models are made in China as is the Inada CUBE.

What is your massage chair warranty?

Inada massage chair warranty details are located here.
